On Friday, 6th November 2020, the National Public Procurement Authority launched the 4th Quarter 2020 Public Procurement Price Norm.
The Price Norm indicates average prices of items in the market. This document is mandated to be used by procurement practitioners in public procurement to ensure that realistic prices are being offered and Government attains value for money.
