Standard Bidding Documents
The National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) provides Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across all public procurement processes in Sierra Leone. These documents serve as official templates and guidelines for procuring entities and bidders. All suppliers, contractors, and service providers are advised to use the appropriate SBDs when preparing their bids for public contracts.

A comprehensive package of Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) for Good, Works and Services, comprises the documents listed below.
User Guide: The User Guide is intended to provide guidance in using the documents. It is strongly recommended that the Procuring Entities read the User Guide prior to customizing the SBDs.
